'Seems you gotta be real clear about These things. People get all exited talkin' 'bout there bid'ness and before you know it you think your Buying GM for $.19 with resale rights to an E-Book about making money counting sofa's.

So, are low cost business ideas for real? Yes they are as real as the lumps in my grandma's gravy. As for the money being made in the home based business industry or low cost business industry: Is it possible? Yep.

le don't make all that much though. I have looked at some income disclosure statements which legitimate low cost opportunities should provide, ( it doesn't cost much) and it seems around 15% to 30% of the people make good money. By good I mean six figures or multi-six figures.

Low cost business ideas are all over the internet these day's and that's a good thing. Opportunity is never scarce for the person who has a strong desire for a better way and is not afraid to do the work. I personally operate a high profit home business that operates with under $200 dollars per month fixed expense. Coming from a traditional business background I was skeptical to the practicality of this idea. When I first was doing research on the home business industry I had fixed expenses well over $10,000 per month. My variable expenses were just as extreme. As a note variable expenses are the ones like marketing, equipment purchasing, supplies, payroll, insurances,etc... Some may put one or more of these in the fixed expense category and I understand that. Here is my point though, Infomation Age Business models are completely different from the traditional business model that I was operating. Low cost business ideas do NOT mean they are not profitable. In fact the opposite in many cases is true. It is important to develope a workable budget from the outset of going into business for your self, especially where marketing is concerned. Marketing on the internet takes time and persistence. I always look to establish the effectivness of the marketing, then I look to streamline. In other words is there a way I can do the work once and recieve the result over and over. Opportunities to market a low cost business idea on the Internet in this manner are endless. Understand what ROI is. I market a high profit margin business with high profit margin products. This lets me do things with my marketing that would not be intelligent if I had a lower profit margin. Make decisions based on sound information, not wishful thinking. Wishful thinking is expensive in business, whether it be a traditional business model or a low cost home business.
